Job description
Performs direct patient care under supervision of staff nurse. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Carries out specified duties in a professional, responsible manner. Demonstrates knowledge and ability to care for patients of all ages.Education
High school diploma or equivalency.
Licensure/Certification
Must be current in CPR. Must provide copies of certification for personnel records, including renewals.
Experience
Previous clerical and/or nursing assistant experience helpful. Orientation is provided through a preceptorship program at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
