Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Manager
Expected Results:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) at our Appleton, WI campus, with an emphasis on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. The Project Manager will manage the delivery of all aspects of the project implementation. This role will utilize a repeatable methodology, tools, and best practices to identify, manage, and execute the deliverables of the project. This person is responsible for directing the resources and tasks and monitoring the execution of those tasks to deliver a completed project within the established timeline that is on budget and within the scope of the project guidelines.
Supporting Activities:

Track and monitor the project scope, timeline, and budget to ensure the project stays on track

Primary day to day liaison between the leadership team, project team, and implementation partner.

Anticipate project timeline or scope concerns and address them prior to them becoming an issue of consequence.

Obtain resolution for all concerns in a timely and equitable manner

Provide clear and concise communication via periodic report outs and meetings on the project status, bringing to light any concerns

Provide routine status reports to the leadership team as to the progress and health of the project.

Build relationships to promote a collaborative project environment
Required Prior Accomplishments, Experience, Skills:

Bachelor’s degree with over 3 years of project management experience in large ERP project implementations.

Project Management Professional (PMP) or other similar industry recognized certification

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and problem management skills

An initiator, demonstrating ability to work independently and showing strength in a team environment

Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast paced, constantly changing environment

Great attention to detail and an emphasis for quality/standards
