Overall Responsibility

Our growing company is looking for an ERP Systems Analyst with Business Central, report writing, and other Microsoft products experience. This position will partner with operations and accounting users to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance overall user experience and efficiency. This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities

· IT lead for ERP and all related applications, provide technical solutions to assist with ad hoc system requests from business functional areas

· Formulate project plans to achieve overall goals, business requirements, schedules, & contract commitments for assigned tasks

· Responsible for training new employees and providing/updating training documentation

· Assist in documenting business needs to communicate to potential technology vendors

· Utilize Microsoft Power Apps and Teams

· Troubleshoot system issues as they arise

· Develop and enhance reports for operations and accounting departments

· Facilitate cutover preparation activities during onboarding/upgrade processes

· Provide project management for scheduled deployments of code or upgrades

· Work with applicable vendors to troubleshoot issues and create system change requests

· Effectively communicate to business user base in non-technical terms

· Perform proactive application monitoring, maintenance, and system troubleshooting

· Manage user expectations and facilitate appropriate escalation responses that engage internal or external resources when warranted

· Identify ongoing issues and implement corrective actions to reduce repetitive support cases

· Support team members by introducing and training them on technology to streamline communication and data intensive processes

· Ensure best practices are followed for Security

· Participate in project related tasks

· Internal help desk support

Requirements

· Extensive functional knowledge (5+ years) of Microsoft Business Central ERP system including Manufacturing modules

· Experience with Manufacturing production software

· General knowledge of Business Central solution architecture

· Minimum of 3 years providing real-time technical and functional support to users in operations and accounting

· Strong knowledge of Sequel, Jet Report, and Power BI

· Experience in large-scale ERP systems analysis and implementation in the manufacturing industry

· Proficient with Microsoft business applications, Power Apps, and report writing

· Knowledge of desktop operating systems and network connectivity

· IT Project Management experience

· Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

· Assertive and resourceful self-starter that is detail-oriented

· Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities

· Experience with creating and building new processes and procedures

· Excellent reasoning and organization skills required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
