Job description

Site Contractor in need of a detail-oriented construction Estimator for our Project Management department. Experience in commercial and public site work is necessary to be successful in this role.

Estimating qualifications to include, analyzing plans, drawings, and specifications to develop a complete and accurate scope of work for pricing a job. Be able to obtain all relevant project specifications, determine appropriate materials, and secure favorable prices on all resources. You should be able to familiarize yourself with construction trends to determine whether your estimates are both reasonable and competitive.

In addition to traditional estimating qualifications, candidates with experience in prequalification applications, negotiations, and project management will be favored.

Salary ($75-$90K) will be commensurate with the aforementioned experience and above qualifications. Fringe benefits include employer sponsored 401K and Health Insurance; phone and car allowance/reimbursement, and Flexible/Hybrid work environment.
