Role: Senior ETL Architect with SSIS Development

Location: Owatonna, MN [ 1 week onsite in every 2 months]

Duration: Long term contract

Senior ETL Architect cum Developer SSIS

ETL Principal/Senior Consultant (Microsoft SSIS) to help architect, design, and develop our enterprise data warehouse. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in an "Expert" capacity where they have advised on best design and development practices as well as can do hands-on design and development work to code efficient solutions for challenging problems, enabling the transformation toward data-driven business decisions. They will work in an agile team consisting of business analysts and developers.

Responsibilities/Qualifications

· Architect, Design, develop, test, automate, and support complex solutions to extract, transform, load, and expose data.

· Design staging tables as needed

· Establishing and advising on standards and guidelines related to the design, construction, testing, and deployment activities

· Hands-on development work on SSIS

· 12+ years on a data-focused team, responsible for data warehousing, analytics, and/or reporting

· Strong Data mapping/modeling design and development experience in Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) is required.

· Strong SQL Server experience – stored procedures, performance tuning, advanced queriesPartner with teammates around project planning, technical design, development, and solution deployment functions

· Identify opportunities in business processes, system capabilities, and delivery methodologies for continuous improvement

· Experience on Data Warehouse with P&C Insurance data will be a plus

· Prior Informatica Intelligent Cloud Service is a plus but not necessary

· Experience with agile frameworks is a plus

· Collaborative skills working within a project team with diverse skill sets

· Communication skills including oral, written, and presentation

· Creativity and problem-solving skills
