Are you somebody who is ready to make a difference in the lives of our elders? We are seeking motivated and compassionate PCA's to join our Resident Care Team at Heaton Woods Residence in Montpelier, VT. Our goal is to promote conscious aging for our residents, providing a safe, positive, and understanding environment as they continue their journey in life. We are currently looking to fill out our evening shift (2:30pm - 11pm) which pays a $1.50 shift differential. We offer flexible scheduling options with competitive pay based on experience (and if you have an active LNA). We also offer health, dental and vision insurance, along with company paid HRA and a 401k Savings Plan for full-time employees. Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
