Andy Frain Services (AFS) is now hiring professional, service-focused individuals for Event Staff positions for Houston Texans games and other events at NRG Park! AFS is responsible for providing safe and memorable experiences at NRG Park, Minute Maid Park, the University of Houston, and other exciting venues in the Houston area.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and memorable experience for guests
• Serve as an ambassador to the Houston Texans and NRG Park
• Protect our guests and client property
• Offer sincere greetings to our guests as they enter and leave the facility
• Guarantee a family friendly environment
• Communicate effectively with guests, clients, and coworkers
• Demonstrate safety as a primary focus
• Respond to emergencies, evacuations, and work with law enforcement when needed
• Assist with intoxicated guests
• Actively prevent prohibited behaviors and actions
• Report issues to your supervisor as you observe them

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Consent to background check and drug screen
• Possess strong guest services and communication skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Stand for extended periods throughout events (notify us of reasonable accommodations)
• Ability to working outside in all weather conditions
• Currently possess or willing to obtain a Level II security license through TX DPS (company will assist)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.50 per hour
