As an integral part of the Demand Generation team, the Field Marketing Specialist will lead the planning and execution of multiple types of events targeting key prospects and organizations fitting our Ideal Customer Profile. They will ensure that events are executed smoothly and support in driving both brand awareness and pipeline build for future opportunities, as well as assist with annual client events.

Position Duties:

  • Investigate and identify events and conferences aligned with Motus Account Based Marketing strategies and Target Account Lists
  • Execute strategy for all field events, including but not limited to tradeshows, conferences, regional one day events and executive summits
  • Logistical coordination of events – including project management, booth logistics, promotional asset inventory and booth layout and design
  • Maintain relationships with third party vendors to obtain services needed for field events
  • Closely collaborate with Brand and Product Marketing to ensure that solution messaging and brand standards are consistent in field marketing efforts
  • Work with cross functional internal teams to develop, execute and track promotional campaigns for field marketing events
  • Develop and continuously improve playbooks for events and other operational processes, including event calendars, lead flow and follow up process to ensure sales, business development and marketing are aligned on next steps
  • Coordinate pre- and post-event communications to internal stakeholders
  • Track event results to measure success and investment, analyze performance and recommend process improvements to maximize ROI
  • Assist with the planning and execution of annual customer conference

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience managing events
  • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience
  • Strong project management and organizational skills: high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be able to influence and work with all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to respond to and prioritize changing demands effectively
  • Highly self-motivated; able to collaboratively contribute to a team environment, as well as the ability to be self-managed and work independently.
  • Strong skills in use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Must be willing to travel up to 15%
