Denbury Inc. has a current opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant - Legal/Land in our Plano location in Plano, Texas.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with and complete tasks and projects assigned by department staff members.
- Provide administrative support, including processing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Support department staff members with special projects as assigned.
- Review accounts payable accruals monthly for accuracy.
- Assist staff with travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Open and distribute mail.
- Maintain department calendar.
- Assist with copying and filing as needed.
Skills and Relevant Experience
- Minimum of five years’ experience providing administrative support to management and staff of 5 or more individuals required.
- Must have a high attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to proofread documents.
- Must be well organized and self-directed, possess excellent time-management skills, and have the ability to prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must have a strong teamwork mindset as well as the ability to work independently to complete tasks
- Must be flexible to change/shift priorities as the business needs change throughout the day.
- Advanced capabilities in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Prior experience with SAP is preferred
Education
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred
