We are looking for a skilled, detail oriented, professional whose project management skills take it one step further. Reporting directly to the CEO/COO, you will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

What you will do:

As the Executive Administrator to the CEO/COO you will:

  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
  • Manage projects from kick-off to stakeholder meetings to completion, including setting schedules, managing resources, and anticipating roadblocks.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization
  • Plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO/COO’s schedule is followed and respected.
  • Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/COO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in public or business administration, accounting or any discipline related to the work assigned
  • Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.60 - $31.85 per hour
