Strategic Analysis Inc. (SA) is seeking a versatile, skilled Executive Assistant to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Director's Office. It is of paramount importance to exceed our client expectations with high integrity and focused attention to program deliverables.

Please note this is an on-site position.

In addition to working well in a team environment, as a successful candidate you will incorporate the following:

  • Provide executive administrative support to assist with effectively managing and coordinating the schedules, missions, and suspenses for the DARPA Deputy Director.
  • Manage executive calendars by creating and accepting meeting invitations, coordinating visit requests, and de-conflicting calendar events.
  • Manage emails, telephone calls, faxes, and other messages.
  • Organize and facilitate communications within DARPA and with external organizations on a wide array of subjects including internal and external tasks, program reviews, meetings, congressional events, invitations, speaking events, and resources.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel for government personnel to efficiently accomplish mission requirements. This includes support for all travel and logistical arrangements, proficient use of the Defense Travel System (DTS), and compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
  • Provide business and other general administrative and professional office support, as required.

Qualification Requirements:

Education

  • Associates Degree

​Clearance

  • Active DoD Secret Clearance

Experience

  • Experience with tracking and scheduling short-term and long-term meetings for agency leadership, including external and internal meetings
  • Experience with administrative tasks, including ensuring packages are signed by agency leadership in a timely manner and assisting clients with basic IT needs and issues as they arise

Desired skills

​• Ability to learn client specific processes for administrative tasks

  • Ability to work closely with colleagues to manage invitations and higher-level engagements for agency leadership, ensuring they have received the necessary materials to prepare for all upcoming engagements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to provide support at client site daily

You will be required to adhere to all COVID guidelines and regulations in place for any location where you will perform work. These guidelines and regulations may change over time or may be different for each location so you will need to stay up to date on these changes and differences during your employment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,029.37 - $90,721.43 per year

Schedule:
