Established dental / Med-spa practice and it’s owner are looking for an energetic, motivated, outgoing individual to fill our administrative assistant position. Please feel free to visit the office and meet the amazing team here. We are a very positive, friendly and tight-knit group of friends.

The perfect candidate for this position will be innovative, have high energy and foster collaboration throughout the office. The responsibilities of this position include some of the following

  • document creation (letters, spreadsheets etc)
  • interacting with the public as a representative of the practice, including other businesses, the city, charitable organizations etc.
  • organizing events, coordinating with local schools, scheduling meetings.
  • organizing lunches and managing the owners personal schedule.
  • Some simple graphic design and social media management .
  • simple marketing- website, seo pay-per-click, ad-words etc.

The ideal assistant is eager to take as much off the day-to-day plate of our owner in an effort to support his vision for growth and efficiency within the practice. Task ratio may be broken into 90% administrative and 10% personal.

Requirements:

20-30 min distance from Bluffdale.

Associates degree or further education is preferred.

3 years experience in Google suite (Drive, email, docs, sheets) Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

Must be incredibly comfortable with internet research. online work and computers in general.

Must have exceptional organization and execution skills

Professional and efficient communication skills

Compensation:

Part time hours (20ish ) with potential for growth into full time.

$18-30 per hour depending on experience, attitude, skills etc. Opportunities for additional compensation and performance bonuses. Full time employess have access to additional benefits including health care, employee discounts, profit sharing etc.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
