General Description
The Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the President and Executive Vice Presidents. Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant provides a liaison between the president, key executives, and employees in addition to providing general office support to the executive team.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains executives’ calendar by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Reads, research, and routes correspondence; drafts letters and documents; collects and analyzes information; initiates telecommunications.
  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Provides support by attending and taking notes at executive meetings.
  • Uses internal contacts and the internet to unearth hard-to-find information.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all employee and office inquiries in the corporate office
  • Conduct quarterly internal Quality Assurance audits of all company staff phone and email correspondence
  • Coordinate and oversee administrative duties in the office
  • Facilitate companywide events remotely and in-person
Qualifications
  • BA or BS degree.
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role or office environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • The desire for long-term career growth and development.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
