Overview:
The Executive Assistant is responsible for proactive project management and comprehensive administrative support in all areas under their purview. The role ensures all aspects of the Executive Office are managed with a high level of customer service to both internal and external stakeholders and thoughtfully and strategically coordinated.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manages each Executive’s calendar (in Microsoft Outlook) by anticipating future needs and planning accordingly; e.g., drafting meeting agendas, documents, and other various communication pieces
  • Schedules and coordinates all aspects of internal and external meetings, appointments and travel, providing set up, and technical support as needed
  • Serves as a liaison to the executive leadership team, TCS Board of Directors, Elfa General Management Team, and senior management team
  • Proactively manages expense report submission, tracking and reporting
  • Partners with Senior Executive Assistant to plan and coordinate CEO’s quarterly updates with the company
  • Partners with the Senior Executive Assistant to manage quarterly Board of Directors’ meetings, earnings releases, and annual Shareholder events
  • Efficiently manages incoming and outgoing communication including written correspondence with internal employees and customers
  • Partner with Public Relations with requests for public appearances and/or speaking engagements
  • Drafts, proofreads and edits a variety of communication including meeting materials for Executive and Board of Director meetings
  • Coordinates with other support center departments on executive travel needs (flights, transportation, hotel, restaurant reservations, etc.) and creates a detailed itinerary for each trip

Qualifications:
  • College degree preferred
  • 5+ years C-Suite executive administrative experience
  • Makes strategic and effective decisions in the best interest of our customers and our company, taking care to objectively process information
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional manner, both orally and in writing, at all levels within and outside the organization
  • Proficient in Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Mac, iPhone and iPad competent
  • Highly skilled in prioritizing and multitasking, with flexibility to change direction as the needs of the day change
  • Proficient writing skills including knowledge of grammar usage and punctuation
  • Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule, 3 days in office/2 days remote
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
