The HT Group is partnering with a pharmaceutical company to find a driven, collaborative Executive Assistant. In this role, you will support the President along with other executives with complex scheduling, travel, project management, and other important tasks. We are looking for a self-starter with 7+ years of high-level support experience who is excited about working with a collaborative team. Hard requirements include: project management experience, pharma and/or highly regulated insutry experiece, experience working with global teams.

Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex calendars - schedules, meetings, video/conferences calls
- Act as President's liaison with staff, customers, and board members
- Support leadership team in Austin, TX and global team members as needed
- Book travel arrangements, reconcile receipts, and process expense reports
- Prepare internal and external correspondence for President and other executives
- Assist with local and company wide meetings, compile agenda packets, and take meeting notes
- Manage all incoming calls and emails for President
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 7+ years of EA experience supporting C-level executives
- Experience supporting fast-growing, multi-site organizations
- Previous project management experience
- Previous experience working with global team members
- Pharmaceutical/high regulated industry experience
- Ability to anticipate needs
- Highly collaborative team player
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
