POSITION OVERVIEW (AKA, What you will be doing):

At The Joe Zalabak Team at Keller Williams, you will play a huge part in assisting the partners with their personal and professional lives. The position is 40+/- hours a week. These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed:

· Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support

· Oversee all contracts through closing

· Maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards

· Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints

· Keep the CEO informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled, and bring solutions not just problems!

· Responsible for hiring, training, consulting, and holding accountable all additional administrative team members

· Design awesome marketing materials for print and social media and manage and implement marketing campaigns.

· Plan and organize client events that are FUN.

Here are some of the other things that you may want to really consider before you apply… I mean, I don't want to waste your time and surely don't want you wasting mine too:

· 2+ years previous experience as a personal and/or executive assistant, preferably to a Real Estate broker or Brokerage (If you don't have 2 years of experience, please note how much experience working specifically in your initial inquiry)

· An Illinois Real Estate License WOULD BE AWESOME but is not required

· Love to talk on the phone - but not too long - short and sweet

· Irritatingly organized and likes to help others be organized

· Smartypants, aka -- humorous -- must be able to dish, and just have fun!

· A personal vehicle that can carry small equipment occasionally as errands will be required from time to time. Don't worry, we reimburse your mileage.

· Must always be one step ahead, and never on other people’s toes

· You love computer work and find it hard to work with only one monitor!

· You can use Canva and Adobe Products like you’re the next Picasso!

· You can create, manage and schedule social media posts with interesting content

· You should already have a love/hate relationship with scheduling and be real good at following a schedule

· Even with text messaging you still write in complete sentences, in English and not some form of gibberish.

· Entrepreneurial spirited

· You believe anything is possible

· You show up early because you respect the value of time

· You hold people accountable to their big ways of thinking

· Yep, data entry is just a part of it
