MakerBot, a global leader in the 3D printing space, is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support for our EVP. This Executive Assistant will also be instrumental in managing operational projects. To be successful in this role, you should be incredibly organized, have a strong sense of urgency, great with time management, and be autonomous.
Location: Hybrid, Brooklyn, NY
Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact among executives, senior leadership, employees, and external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executive's calendars and set up meetings
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Track expenses and prepare reports
  • Own some operational projects from start to finish
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of projects
  • Take notes during meetings to be shared with team members
  • Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system

Minimum Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • High School degree

Preferred Requirements

  • PA diploma or certification is a plus
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Proficient with Google Suites
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Project coordination/management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
