Job description

  • Provides administrative assistance, such as writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive's behalf.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
  • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders and organizing catering when necessary.
  • Works closely with CEO, CFO, CNO and Medical Staff.
  • Performs Supply Ordering and light Accounting duties.
  • Ensuring quality, collecting application and credentialing data.
  • Obtaining primary source verification.
  • Reviewing and evaluating qualification.
  • Organize and maintain meeting minutes.
  • Acts as liaison between Insurance companies and Hospital.
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Pro, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
