Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Job Description:

High School Diploma, College Degree highly preferred

• ideally will have worked in the administrative unit of a complex academic medical center environment or medical school or medical staff office.
• ideally has experience supporting physician faculty or physician leaders like a vice chair, division chief, section chiefs
• skills include Microsoft word, PowerPoint, teams, and coordinating Teams or Zoom meetings. Familiarity with Qgenda, Concur, Workday, Aria & Adobe Acrobat.
• experience with purchasing office supplies, filling out expense reports, processing reimbursements, creating travel itineraries, hosting and managing visiting professors either virtually or on-site, manage recruitment schedule of new faculty physicians.
• Scheduling meeting appointments
• answer telephone calls
• scheduling recruitment interviews
• preparing correspondences: memos, letters
• scheduling locums physician coverage
• on-boarding new physicians with orientation schedules
• handling physician credentialing application paperwork for new hospitals
• experience working with Hospital medical staff credentialing applications

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $25.00 - $34.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

• Bachelor's (Required)
