Logistics Property Company, LLC (LPC), a rapidly growing industrial real estate developer and investment manager headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to join its team in Orange County. LPC transacts business in various markets throughout the United States. The selected candidate will receive a market rate compensation package commensurate with the candidate’s experience.


Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant will support the Chief Investment Officer and the Executive Vice President of the West Region. The role will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and office support for the office.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and managing all activities such as travel arrangements, internal and external business meetings, investor or third-party appointments, conferences, and general office events
  • Preparing letters and other documents, including management of document execution process through Adobe-sign and other such tools
  • Updating documents, processing edits and changes to such documents
  • Supporting the recruitment and new employee onboarding process
  • Coordinating the processing of new vendor setup materials
  • Maintaining databases of key project information
  • Preparing expense reports
  • Assisting the Finance Team with the processing of invoices
  • Supporting the production of investment papers, financial and asset management reports
  • Coordinating LPC visitors with building management
  • Contributing to the efficiency of the company operations by performing other related duties as assigned

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an office support environment
  • Strong written, organizational and communication skills are required, along with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Professional interpersonal skills are required, as well as the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of LPC and third parties
