- Busy full-service restaurant oceanfront, seasonal.
- 25 years, stellar reputation.
- High volume. Achieving volume, speed, and accuracy.
- The Executive Chef position is year-round.
- Responsible for:
- All aspects of the kitchen and kitchen staff.
- Food inventory, food preparation, training, and reinforcement training.
Qualifications:
- Must be a working Chef.
- Must lead the line.
- Motivational with leadership skills.
- Must have formal training in kitchen management experience.
- Must have fish and meat-cutting skills.
- High volume in season.
- Off-season creativity.
- Overtime after 50 hours
- Paid Vacation Time / One Week after 6 months employment
