To continue to propel McAfee forward as growth powerful SaaS market leader organization, we are hiring a Communications & Engagement Lead for the Global Sales Organization, reporting directly to the Global Sales Operations & Enablement Lead. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds, and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.As an Executive Communication & Engagement Lead, you will have a sound impact to our business; you will play a key role in crafting and managing internal and external communications efforts for the global SVP of Sales and supporting and leading content creation for the broader team.
This is a remote position based in either the United States or Dallas, Texas specifically. We will only consider candidates in the United States and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
Support the Global Sales Operations & Enablement lead with communications initiatives
Create C-Level presentations for our CEO/Board Level, Partner Summit, Sales Kick-Off, and for any major event, including messaging and content, keynotes or speaker notes, pre-reads, complementary reports, and fact sheets that supports the narrative
Find new and creative ways to promote the McAfee’s sales consumer narrative
Attend Sales Leader staff meetings to capture key business priorities, strategic initiatives, and document actions, assess communication gaps, and ultimately drives execution
Maintain relationships with business leaders, think tanks, and other advocacy groups

Below are additional attributes and skills that you will leverage on this role:
Ability to understand high-level sales strategies in SaaS organization, translate them into easy-to-ready, easy-to-understand with visual presentations and with a narrative at the C-level
Effective executive communication skills, verbal + written
5+ years experience in corporate or executive communications at an agency or in-house
Bachelor's degree
