If so, Enlivant is seeking a strong Executive Director to join their team at Trail Creek Place, an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community located in the beautiful lakeside town of Michigan City, Indiana. This position will manage and oversee the operational functions of the campus consisting of 99 Assisted Living units and a designated Memory Care program. Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all community operations and ensure the highest level of care and support is given to every resident.
  • Establish objectives for community development and advancement.
  • Create and manage operational processes—including budget and profit and loss.
  • Directly and indirectly manage all community staff.
  • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides training and support to all Enlivant team members and promotes quality care and independence for their residents.
  • Ensures a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community.


Qualification Summary:

  • A minimum of three to five years of experience in an operational leadership role within healthcare and/or long-term care/senior living
  • Active and unencumbered Comprehensive Care Facility Administrator License or Residential Care Facility Administrator License in the state of Indiana
  • Associate’s degree required in healthcare administration or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Financial acumen and budget management experience with demonstrated success
  • Flexible, adaptable, and humble leader that works with integrity in all interactions and develops/maintains good employee relations and employee morale
