This position will manage and oversee the operational functions of the campus consisting of 99 Assisted Living units and a designated Memory Care program. Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee all community operations and ensure the highest level of care and support is given to every resident.
- Establish objectives for community development and advancement.
- Create and manage operational processes—including budget and profit and loss.
- Directly and indirectly manage all community staff.
- Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Provides training and support to all Enlivant team members and promotes quality care and independence for their residents.
- Ensures a high degree of resident and team satisfaction at the community.
Qualification Summary:
- A minimum of three to five years of experience in an operational leadership role within healthcare and/or long-term care/senior living
- Active and unencumbered Comprehensive Care Facility Administrator License or Residential Care Facility Administrator License in the state of Indiana
- Associate’s degree required in healthcare administration or related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Financial acumen and budget management experience with demonstrated success
- Flexible, adaptable, and humble leader that works with integrity in all interactions and develops/maintains good employee relations and employee morale
