Executive Director of Provider Relations
Job description
JOB SUMMARY
The Executive Director of Provider Relations serves as a liaison between physicians and clinicians and their practices and the health system. Under direction of Senior Leadership, the Executive Director of Provider Relations will implement plans of action to increase physician satisfaction and retention as well as identifying business opportunities for the health system. The Executive Director of Provider Relations is responsible for physician recruitment, two-way communication with practices and will coordinate with others who visit practices, in order to achieve an integrated approach to building trusted relationships and mutually effective partnerships with physicians and practice staff.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of five years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
CERTIFICATION

COMPUTER/TYPING/MATH SKILLS
Excellent computer skills required. Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
