Job Title: Executive Vice President (EVP)

Status: Full-time
Position Summary
Responsible for all facets of the Exterior Services Business Line, including full profit and loss responsibility. The position manages an operations team and a sales team. Responsibilities also include leading the development of Request for Information (RFIs) and Request for Proposals (RFPs) on behalf of the company. This position reports directly to the President.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Drive customer relationships and overall satisfaction for the Business Line
- Meet regularly with operational leaders to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, identify, and mitigate risks
- Lead overall growth strategy for the Business Line, partnering with the sales team on new business opportunities
- Lead vendor partner strategy, working with vendor recruitment team and operational leaders to leverage vendor partners to deliver services and expand network of providers
- Provide operational metrics to executive business team that drives informed business decisions
- Identify early trends affecting service delivery and customer satisfaction, so opportunities can be capitalized
- Partner and collaborate with the Corporate Financial teams to meet the financial and operational objectives of the Business Line
- Regularly interact with other executives
- Review and improve business processes, policies, procedures, and technology across the business to identify and implement best practices

Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Knowledge:
- Experience leading sales team and closing enterprise scale accounts
- Excellent knowledge of exterior services as demonstrated through prior experience
- Field team management and development
- Business programs, budgeting, and financial planning

- Ability to lead and develop managers in the execution of plans, budget management, resources planning and team development

Educational Qualifications/Job Experience Requirements
Education:
- College degree or commensurate experience
Experience:
- 10+years’ experience in exterior services
- Experienced in driving rapid Business Line growth
- Experienced in scaling service delivery to support growth
- Demonstrated leadership experience
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Schedule:
- Generally, M-F; occasional weekends may be required for Travel
Physical requirements: while performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear
- On occasion, may be required to stand and walk for extended periods while visiting sites
- On occasion may be required to: Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, crawl, and squat periodically
- Reach above head and shoulders
- Climb stairs
Environment:
- Regular office environments; standard office equipment fumes
- Visits to customer sites may include - Building and warehouse, which may include varying temperatures and moderate noise levels and walking exterior of sites
Travel:
- 40% or more
- Ability to travel, meeting Federal travel requirements for air travel
