Expeditor Job Purpose:
What is an expeditor? The expeditor does more than simply bring out our dishes from the kitchen to the tables. At its core, the expeditor is the go-between between the different teams in the restaurant. The linchpin, so to speak.
Expeditor Job Duties:
- Manage dining area flow
- Ensure timeliness of orders
- Quality control dishes with respect to their orders before they are exported
- Kitchen / wait staff liaison
- Assist in final preparation of dishes, sides, and desserts
- Ensure care of customers with special needs and request
- Provide suggestions to improve efficiency and customer experience
Expeditor Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years industry experience preferred
- 1 year direct experience prefered
- Strong Communication skills
- High School Education
