**Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK**

Position Title: Experience Manager
Supervisor: Program Director
Status: Full-time, exempt

Background: Campus Tulsa is a George Kaiser Family Foundation funded nonprofit that fuels and invests in economic growth and workforce development by empowering diverse college students to explore, live and work in Tulsa, OK.

We serve as the connector between industry and students to create a diverse talent pool and encourage inclusive working environments across Tulsa’s corporate and nonprofit spaces.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  • Help support program event calendar ensuring timely execution of all program events
  • Coordinate program delivery for events including:
    • Confirming speakers
    • Confirming venue
    • Ensuring tech and other equipment is available and reliable
  • Assist with tracking programmatic outputs e.g. number of attendees at each event and outcomes e.g. interns' learning at professional development events
  • Ensure all programmatic activities are completed on time
  • Establish and manage social media platforms which promote Campus Tulsa as the internship program of choice in the country
  • Adhere to branding guidelines and organization's voice as defined by the Managing Director and overseen by Experience Manager
  • Develop a promotional calendar of social media posts on all platforms that ensure strong engagement with the brand
  • Monitor the interns and company engagement on social media aligned to success metrics
  • Oversee social media platforms which promote Campus Tulsa as the internship program of choice in the country
  • Adhere to branding guidelines and organization's voice as defined by the Managing Director
  • Develop a promotional calendar of social media posts on all platforms that ensure strong engagement with the brand
  • Monitor the interns and company engagement on social media aligned to success metrics
  • Manage Experience Coordinator and incorporate them into responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5 years of experience with social media
  • Management experience needed
  • Knowledge of Gen Z and social media trends

Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate with professionals and diverse student populations.
  • Able to self-motivate and operate in a very flexible working environment.
  • Ability to motivate and coach others.
  • Ability to collaborate across sectors and with students.
  • A desire to spark conversations and represent the Campus Tulsa brand in a meaningful way on social media platforms.

Other Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience with Google Drive
  • Experience with Hootsuite, social media platforms, and campaign purchasing.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for conferences and other events.
  • Access to transportation to travel and visit partners.
  • Hybrid work environment allowed.
