Walser Subaru in Burnsville is adding to their team and is looking for a Parts Counter Rep! This Subaru dealer just got a brand new building and location in 2019 and has grown substantially. Everything is new, including the Modula vertical parts lift which saves a ton of space and eliminates endless walking through dusty aisles.

You'll Make an Impact by:
- Respond to all incoming parts requests; internal and retail, to process
- Utilize both OEM and aftermarket parts lookup software’s to provide price and availability to those requests and bill accordingly
- Ensure accuracy of all parts estimates for mechanical, bulk or body parts orders
- Receive, receipt, and stock all daily and weekly stock orders
- Maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
- Locate out-of-stock parts from an outside source and submit emergency orders, if necessary
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with staff and customers
- Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up
- Track special-order parts and update customers on delivery and arrival status

We're Looking for:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and commissions
- Experience with auto parts sales or parts software (preferred)
