The Business Development Manager will be charged with developing new clients for our Gwinnett County Onin Staffing branch and maintaining key metric benchmarks set up by the sales team leaders. This role is for professionals who thrive in a producer role and are eager and motivated to drive growth through innovation.
Compensation includes base salary, monthly commission, car allowance, plus robust medical, dental, 401k and paid vacation. There is no cap on commission!

Work Experience
