We're looking for an Experiential Executive Producer with a passion for complex digital, immersive, and experiential projects as well as the creation of unique experiences. Our new interactive Executive Producer will play a role in virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences offered by Designit, partnering with creative leadership to shape the future of our production capabilities.
Would you like to:
- Lead, design, and produce live and immersive experiences for a variety of global brands
- Work with highly energetic, fast-paced, human-centric teams
- Manage projects from end to end and ensure they stay on schedule and in scope for multiple critical stakeholder groups through key touchpoints—strategic briefs, experiential plans, creative reviews, and prelaunch communications
- Create processes, budgets, and timelines as appropriate for each project
- Lead new business proposals and pitches
- Facilitate/lead scoping and estimation sessions fro new projects in collaboration with practice leads
- Ideate and pitch new and exciting virtual, hybrid, and in-person physical experiences
- Manage client and external partner relationships
- Build positive relationships with high-level clients and provide them with first-class support
- Successfully manage large groups and accounts and establish relationships with new partners
- Bring new experiential ideas that can be integrated with current solutions
- Research trends and best practices to provide ongoing inspiration and references across emerging technologies and new media channel Use your deep familiarity with emerging technologies, industry and cultural trends
We'd like you to have:
- Virtual and live event experience, coordination and production (podcast project experience is a plus)
- Experience in webinars, livestreams, and online meetings
- Experience in pre-production and post-show management
- A creative mind for experiential ideas and solutions
- Experience in storytelling
- A strong understanding of and experience in managing current production approaches and web technologies to effectively communicate with vendors and staff and properly spec out and manage project components
- A drive motivated by curiosity, and a desire for ongoing learning as technology advances at a rapid pace
- An excellent understanding of the industry, production landscape, and cultural trends, and a great network of vendors and specialists for various tasks
- A proven track record of launching cutting-edge interactive and experiential projects
- A deadline-oriented outlook and the ability to adjust to the naturally fluid environment of event production
- 10 years of project/production management in lead client-facing roles at a creative agency, marketing consultancy, or entertainment or event production company, delivering complex, full lifecycle production events and digital projects (video production, full life cycle websites and apps, etc.)
- 5 to 7 years managing a team of direct reports preferred
- 5+ years of experience using a PM tool(Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) preferred
- A high level of organization and meticulous attention to detail
- Additional knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, 3D Content Creation tools, and other relevant design applications is a plus
- Experience in digital transformation and retail solutions
- The ability to create, lead, and execute demos on demand in collaboration with creative leadership
- Extensive experience in project scoping, estimation, scheduling, and management
- Proven strategic agility and the ability to pivot regarding client requests
- The ability to travel to host/facilitate onsite client meetings, expos, and events
- A.B.A in marketing communications, environmental design, or a related degree, or equivalent professional experience

Compensation Range: $116 - $125 hourly. This is a contract position.
This compensation range is indicative of the role. Compensation offered is on the basis of evaluation during interview process, the candidates range and depth of experience, business and market financials and internal pay parity.
