Job description
Supervisory/teaching/coaching experience and an interest and/or experience in automotive technology may qualify you to become our next Express Maintenance Supervisor. This position is light on physical labor, but heavy on coordinating, managing, and controlling our team of maintenance level technicians. The Express Maintenance Supervisor is responsible to ensure that all team members learn and follow the correct processes on each and every vehicle to maximize quality of work, customer satisfaction and production efficiency.
Applicants must have an acceptable (but not necessarily perfect) driving record, be good communicators, and be process driven. If you would like to become or stay involved in the automotive industry but use your brains more than your brawn, please come and see us.
