F & B REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
Job description
- JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for an experienced F & B regional sales manager to oversee our business operation at multiple locations, perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. As F& B regional sales manager, your duties also include generating maximum revenue from existing business and always target new ventures. Guide management staff in F&B, catering. Setting performance objectives, evaluating, and optimizing operational performance, ensuring regulatory and company standards are upheld, and preparing operations and financial reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serves as the brand ambassador within the assigned region through building strong partnerships with the Local community heads, businesses, Groups and Event organization for generating more business.
- Managing internal and external stakeholder developing and implementing business, marketing, and advertising plans and negotiating contracts.
- Develop existing business and targets new business group/catering accounts, markets, or segments to achieve personal and property revenue goals.
- Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations, finances, and F&B.
- Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply, and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budget for different departments, and setting performance objectives in cost-effective manner.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting general managers as well as conducting regular performance appraisals.
- Work closely with the Operations team to identify areas of efficiency, ensure effective roll out for products and inventory.
- Works with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food.
- Work with customer, sales staff, kitchen staff and outside providers for meeting and event preparations.
- Planning menus and overseeing meeting space, audio visual equipment’s, food service preparations.
- Overviewing and providing proper guidance to Banquet and catering service.
- Preferred person who has already worked as Wedding Planning and Event Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-4 years of management and leadership experience.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, influence and negotiate decisions while motivating assigned staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
