**No hands-on metal fabrication or paint experience needed.**
What you’ll do as a FabricationCoordinator:
- Work in a team of two to coordinate all workflow aspects of the Fabrication team – including movement of materials to and from the CNC machine operators, spot welders, and paint teams.
- Print and distribute daily manufacturing orders (MO’s) to the fabrication teams.
- Review and close MO’s for completed jobs.
- Partner with the Paint Coordinator to act as a point of contact for the Fabrication and Paint teams with all external parties.
- Follow and maintain Standard Work processes for all coordinator duties.
- Move materials between paint team and warehouse locations in our planning software. May require physical movement of the items between work locations.
- Support training of Fabrication employees on machine operation, safety practices, tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the greater warehouse team to meet production goals.
- Actively participate in Lean process improvement efforts.
- Be on-time for every scheduled shift. Reliable attendance is a must!
What you need to be successful:
- At least 1 year of experience with project planning or scheduling, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- At least 1 year of experience using ERP or WMS highly desired.
- Experience working with work orders or manufacturing orders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
- Flexibility and willingness to pivot focus – production needs often change throughout the day.
- A team oriented approach – you’ll collaborate regularly with others to meet production goals.
- Experience solving complex problems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with computers in general.
- Keen attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs as well as stand and walk throughout the warehouse.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with Lean Manufacturing concepts, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or other ERP/Warehouse Management Software.
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting pay range is $25-30.00 per hour, based on experience.

Hours & Work Address:
- This is a full-time opportunity working 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday, plus occasional overtime as needed.
