We are looking for a talented Facilities BMS Controls and HVAC Tech to join our team specializing in facilities for our engine business segment in Rocky Mount, NC.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Maintain a 1.2 Million Square Foot Building Maintenance System(BMS) Controls and Programming that services the entire facility in a high volume, highly complex engine manufacturing operation
• Support Extensive Transformation work in the facility over the next 3-5 years as we transform our facility to be more flexible, agile and adaptable to the newest technological advances in manufacturing
• Act as a resource to contracted maintenance services for HVAC, Electrical, Compressed Air and Cafeteria equipment

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• 10-12 years experience in facilities engineering in HVAC, Compressed Air, Cafeteria Equipment and Building Maintenance Systems using Tridium Niagara Platform
• Skilled in using Distech controls applications and controllers
• Demonstrated project management experience with limited direction Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
