Summary of the position:
Maintains systems and facilities by implementing & completing preventative maintenance schedules; restoring, repairing, rebuilding, or replacing faulty or inoperative components and parts.

Role and Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate maintenance and repair for:
- Plumbing: all facilities except dwellings
- Electrical: all facilities except dwellings
- HVAC: all facilities
- Facilities: sprinklers, drinkers, air compressors, generators, fans, lights
Includes communication/organization/coordination with contractors & staff
Assisting Facilities & Manure System Maintenance personnel
Assisting in Dairy Equipment maintenance & repairs for : Skid steer, loaders, & vehicles
Follow Protocols for:
- Safety rules & regulations
- PO System compliance
- Tool/Parts Compliance
Implement a Maintenance Management System for Plumbing & Electrical
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
