NOW HIRING TECHNICIANS, PLUMBERS, AND UPHOLSTERERS!

TILE TECHNICIAN - FULL TIME

Applies and or repairs all types of carpets and tile to walls, floors, ceilings and promenade roof decks.

Walks all carpeted areas of Casino floor as well as public spaces and restrooms daily to develop repair lists to enter into Synergy.

Measures, cuts carpets and tiles, uses tile saws, edging tools, grout removal tools, carpet iron’s and cutters.

Spreads and levels adhesive and plaster bases as appropriate, can level surfaces to accept new flooring.

Inspects and monitors surfaces to identify location and causes of cracks or other defects and reports to supervisor.

Maintains and repairs tools and equipment as necessary; monitors inventory of supplies.

Examines blueprints, measures and marks surfaces to be covered and lays out work.

PLUMBER - FULL TIME

Conducts walk – through inspections, of domestic water systems to include water booster pumps, gauges and boiler temperature readings.

Repairs showers, sinks, toilets, water booster pumps and on and off-site facilities.

Records gauge readings, repairs completed and time lost due to inoperative equipment.

Maintains technical logs and records all relevant data as appropriate.

Maintains tools, equipment and supplies in good, clean, operating order.

UPHOLSTERER - FULL TIME

Removes, repairs or replaces covering, webbing, padding, springs and ornamentation.

Fabricates templates from Plexiglass; measures and cuts new covering cloth.

Repairs as needed wooden frame of workpiece; refinishes wooden surfaces.

Replaces webbing and springs or reties springs.

Installs cloth covering over frame on inside and outside of arms and back, seat; sews or tacks ornamental trim to cover or frame.

Operates sewing machine to seam cushions and join various sections of covering material.

Monitors stock of supplies, tools and equipment and requisitions for replenishment as appropriate.

Monitors upholstered stools and other pieces throughout facility for damage and obvious wear.
