FACILITIES PROJECT MANAGER, DIRECTOR
As the Facilities Project Manager Director, you will be responsible for guiding the schedule, scope, budget, and team designing and building Seurat's new corporate campus in Wilmington, Massachusetts. A global leader in Area Laser Beam 3D printing, Seurat is rapidly growing. The campus will consolidate people and functions in a central location, optimize efficiency and encourage cooperation between departments. The facility will accommodate innovative manufacturing and production needs, research and development laboratories, and corporate office environments.
The ideal Facilities Project Manager Director provides hands-on involvement in total project design, documentation, and construction to successful completion and specializes in projects that have highly technical requirements, sophisticated equipment, and a well-designed office environment that will aid in recruiting and retaining highly talented individuals.
What You'll Achieve
- Accountability for overall success of current and future new construction projects.
- Plan, execute, and monitor progress of project teams.
- Successful completion of complex construction projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate and report status to executive team and diverse stakeholders and consulting disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other technical discipline.
- Proven ability to lead complex manufacturing and production construction projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and external consultants.
- Experience managing teams, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
- Resource and capacity planning and analysis.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and coaching individuals and/or teams.
