Summary: The Facilities Representative I is responsible for working with various departments to assist
with the ordering and implementation of space planning, furniture purchase & maintenance as well as
coordination of ATM deployment.
The hourly pay for this position is $23.61 - $35.42 depending on experience, skills, education and internal equity
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinates the facilities aspects of new branch build-outs including the creation of purchase orders.
- Works with retail branch management to define needs for ATM deployment.
- Orders ATM equipment.
- Coordinates receipt of the ATM, related software implementation and physical installments of the ATM.
- Coordinates and makes purchases for existing branch furniture needs including repairs as needed.
- Works with various departments to facilitate space planning, furniture deployment, build-out designs and specs as well as obtaining quotes and placing orders.
- Works with Compliance to ensure all vendors engaged by Facilities meet the vetted vendor and contract requirements.
- Serves as the meeting minutes taker for the Emergency Power Supply System meetings and documents project milestones.
- Works with staff members to help answer questions regarding purchase history.
- Works with other departments to help answer questions and determine needs.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and other similar needs for the facilities department.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in maintaining detailed project files.
- A working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of Office Products.
- Demonstrated attention to detail.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
- Ability to learn to read and work with basic construction drawings and shop drawings.
- Flexibility to multi-task while remaining organized.
- Bachelors' Degree preferred.
