Position Summary
The Invoicing Specialist will be primarily responsible for invoicing customers. This includes but is not limited to Invoicing activities (85%), supporting Office Management (15%). The position is a hybrid role and also includes some receptionist duties.
Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
- Support Invoicing Lead including daily invoicing responsibilities.
- Coordinate with appropriate personnel to ensure invoices are correct.
- Support Office Manager with special projects as needed.
- Assist with coordinating and setting-up visitor and company meetings and events.
- When in facility, answer phones, greet visitors and sort office mail.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements
This position requires the following knowledge and skills:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years data entry and/or administrative experience preferred.
- Excellent grasp of Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with ongoing interruptions while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals including senior management.
- Ability to project and maintain professional demeanor.
