The LCRA Facilities Department is currently looking for an Operations & Business Analyst II. If you are a resourceful problem-solver with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and solid time management skills please apply. This position requires attention to detail, good judgement, and the ability to take initiative with minimal supervision. You will work closely with department personnel, leadership, and key stakeholders in the implementation and support of property operations, departmental goals and strategic initiatives.

You will be trusted to:

• Formally track and report progress toward established financial goals and milestones.
• Assist with the development and implementation of operating plans, goals and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure that deliverable schedules and deadlines are met.
• Work with senior management to develop and implement short and long-term strategic and sustainability plans.
• Assist with the development of capital and operating budgets.
• Assist with the development of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Perform analysis and/or research in support of business operations.
• Perform data entry, develop reports and presentations through various software programs, spreadsheets and databases
• Maintain the department’s Sharepoint site.
• Assist with daily operations and administrative duties as needed.

You qualify with:

• Six or more years' experience in capital planning, decision-making modeling, operations and maintenance planning, financial management, project management and strategic business support. A degree(s) in business, economics, engineering, finance, math, science or relevant field may be substituted per LCRA guidelines for certain years of experience.

You are a great fit with:

• Commercial property management experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and expense reporting
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency in data entry, analysis and reporting

Pay: $60,800.00 - $76,000.00 per year
