The Family Coach will be responsible for providing individual case management, real-time parenting coaching, group education, and life skills development. The incumbent will serve as a part of a holistic approach to addiction recovery by engaging the mother and her family during the treatment process. This is a community-based position, and applicants will be required to travel to the following counties 95 percent of the time - (Randolf, Jay, Blackford, Delaware, Henry, and Wayne).

Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, or social work and two years of experience working therapeutically with children and families. A valid Indiana driver's license is required.
