San Juan Health Partners in Farmington, NM, is working to expand access to primary care resulting in a unique opportunity for a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to serve in the outpatient setting.

You can look forward to:

· Compensation range based on MGMA data and experience: $92,466 - $104,024

· Quality and productivity bonus potential

· Sign-on bonus of $10,000

· Relocation reimbursement up to $15,000
