Associate Program Director - Family & Community Medicine Residency
- Collaborates with Program Director to develop an innovative curriculum and a supportive learning environment. This position includes administrative, clinical, and teaching components in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
- We intend to increase the number of residents and establish formal rural, OB, and osteopathic tracks.
- Develop clinical rotation standards, community partnerships, mentor and evaluate students, and oversee the resident clinic. Also maintain a small out-patient clinical practice of your own.
Core Faculty - Family & Community Medicine Residency
- Experience the joy of educating residents and students while maintaining a small out-patient practice.
- Teach, supervise, mentor, and evaluate residents. Complete responsibilities according to ACGME standards.
- Participate in recruitment of residents and development of innovative learning methods.
Qualifications
For both positions, candidates must be a board certified family medicine doctor (MD or DO). Candidates for Associate Program Director position must also have prior residency teaching experience.
Compensation
Base pay begins at $170,000 or more, before performance incentives, depending on experience
