The Family Nurse Practitioner supports and advances the Spectrum Healthcare mission by providing a wide range of primary health care services which encompasses health promotion, injury and illness prevention, diagnosis, treatment and monitoring of commonly encountered health problems, along with performing testing, referral to physicians as needed and writes prescriptions. The Family Nurse Practitioner participates in quality improvement activities and reviews, as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master's or Bachelor's degree in nursing with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Arizona plus minimum of one year nurse practitioner/provider experience. Current, unencumbered license to practice nursing in the State of Arizona plus current, unencumbered DEA license.
