About the Position:
The Per Diem Family Wellness Clinician, LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC is responsible for providing individual and family therapy to clients in the residential program. Clinical work also includes family support groups, Workshops, outreach calls, Orientation and family education.
Schedule:
Availability for per-diem coverage days for any days of the week. Monday - Sunday 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. available hours and will be established based on coverages.
Your Role:
- Provide a variety of treatment services including individual, group, and family therapy to both Mountainside clients and their family members
- Will play a supporting role in the service delivery of all of the Family Wellness Offerings such as:
- Individual and Family Therapy with Residential clients
- Facilitating Family Wellness Offerings: Residential Groups, Workshops, Virtual Support Groups, Orientation.
- Perform speaking engagements both internally and externally
- Collaborate with all Mountainside departments to ensure that the client is receiving an unsurpassed treatment experience throughout their stay at Mountainside
- Maintain clinical records in accordance with established Mountainside policies and procedures
- Model, explain, and encourage pro-social behaviors such as proper time management, use appropriate language, dress and maintain healthy boundaries and healthy relationships
- Participate in regularly scheduled clinical supervision, team meetings, and other department meetings
- Comply with all federal, state and accreditation regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Graduate Degree - Required
- Current Licensure (LMFT, LADC, LPC, LCSW, LMHC) - preferred
- Prior working in an addiction setting - preferred
- Prior experience working with families - preferred
Compensation:
The base rate of pay for this position is $23.00 to $40.00 per hour. Actual pay is determined based on a number of job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
