Farm Crew

SUMMARY: The Farm Crew Member is a seasonal position during the harvesting season. The Farm Crew Member will assist with weeding, planting, and harvesting. Our ideal applicant has experience working on a farm in all types of weather.

$500 Bonus @ 3 months of hire

• Farm Supervisor
• Assistant Farm Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Harvesting
• Weeding
• Planting
• Packaging
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Able to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and retain training information
• Meet daily production and quota of harvesting

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, the individual must be able to tolerate extreme temperatures or inclement weather. The individual will and frequently lift and carry objects up to 25 lbs. and will stand, sit, bend, kneel for long periods of time.
