Fashion Sales Coordinator, Wholesale Division

The Donna Salyers Fabulous-Furs Wholesale Division ‘Sales Coordinator is a multi-faceted position requiring a focus on organization and responsibility - along with a magnetic, positive energy and ambitious, eager attitude.


Duties include the following:

  • Wholesale Division (General) –Email and phone correspondence with an emphasis on strong customer-service skills, order entry and tracking, accuracy and general organization
  • Strong Data Entry Skills –Responsible for ordering labels, managing online UPC catalogs, handling drop ship orders for strategic accounts
  • Strong Phone Sales – providing Wholesale program information, enticing customers to open an account, eloquently describing Fabulous-Furs products, guiding customers with their purchases -making style suggestions, up-selling, sizing assistance
  • Excellent Customer Service/Communication Skills - Positive energy, returning calls, follow up with customer issues, shipping, tracking, responding to emails, sending wholesale catalogs / email requests, data entry, product issues
  • Accounts Receivable assistance– open account maintenance, invoicing, past dues
  • Trade Shows / Booths – assist with scheduling and organizing travel reservations (booth, hotel, flights), product shipment, tracking, pre-show planning, order completion and follow through
  • Travel – 6-10 Shows per year (New York, Dallas, Atlanta, North Carolina)
  • Calendar / Event management – manage details of Wholesale team ‘master calendar’ of events, invitations and RSVPs
  • Clerical Assistance – Assist the team with additional duties to include, but not limited to donations, organization, filing, planning, travel, merchandising details, note-taking
  • Any additional necessary fill in (warehouse, quality control, etc.)

Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – emphasis on excel
  • Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and succeed under deadlines
  • Experience with NetSuite or Brandwise considered a plus
  • Prior sales experience will be considered a plus
  • College degree or 2-3 years of relevant work experience
