Position Purpose:

To coordinate and manage aspects of the on-site building process and provide support and guidance to subcontractors and TWG

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain OSHA and TWG safety policies
• Maintain accurate and current jobsite schedule with sub-contractors
• Field verifies and confirms dimensions for doors, windows and various parts and pieces of the buildings are true, square, plumb and level for purpose of finished product
• Assist with opening and securing site at end of day
• Construct and maintain temporary security for buildings
• Construct and maintain and weatherproof buildings or areas of the buildings as required
• Construct and maintain safety fencing
• Get along well with all tradesmen and TWG personnel
• Assist and maintain clean jobsite housekeeping

• Three to five years of commercial or multi-family construction
• Computer based knowledge Word and Excel
• Have the ability to work in a team environment
• Competent in reading blueprints
• Strong understanding of construction safety management
