As a Field Manager for kite, a division of SDI Marketing USA Inc., you will contribute to the growth and success of one of our top tiered clients in Acquisitions within the division. This role will support the programs in-field execution including but not limited to; manage and motivate a team of Field Sales Representatives to ensure team and individual sales targets are being met; conduct program trainings and mystery shops, work in-store, oversee the daily deliverables of your team members while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day logistics of programs on-site, and act as a liaison for deliverables to the Account Manager.
