Job description
The part-time Field Marketing Coordinator is responsible for growing sales for all corporately owned stores, and heavily supporting locations in the Charlotte market. This includes planning, scheduling, and executing community events and tracking/measuring individual results. This position is responsible for being the face of Wings Over.

- Part-time position, about 3 days or 25 hours a week, and flexible schedule with opportunity for growth
- Market the brand that aligns with the company’s mission and goals
- Network within all Wings Over Charlotte locations and surrounding store delivery zones
- Coordinate and execute food drops and marketing materials to local businesses and organizations
- Attend local events such as festivals, local markets, concerts, sporting events, etc.
- Secure new guests while maintaining existing guests for all corporate stores in the country
- Available some nights, holidays, and possibly weekends for community events
- Plan and execute local fundraisers and additional field marketing efforts
- Work and report directly with the corporate marketing department team
- Provide a weekly summary, tracking and reports of the week’s tasks
- Other related duties as assigned
- Field-based marketing and or field sales experience highly preferred
- Restaurant or QSR experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong work ethic and high level of integrity
- Enjoyment with talking to all guests and stopping by businesses
- Passion for food and guest service
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organized
- Able to solve problems as issues arise
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Legal US work authorization
